The
artist, who works under the pseudonym Wisteria Gasp has developed a series of
paintings with their own twist based on the playful, witty and celebratory
female photographs of the renowned photographer and director Ellen von
Unwerth, the owner of Gasp’s painting ‘Woman Dots and a Cat’. Lockdown was
such a grim time in our history that Gasp wanted to create
a body of work that reflects complete opposite of the Lockdown
experience.
